Try Finnish macaroni casserole: precook the macaroni, fry mince (and a chopped onion) in a skillet, mix about 2 eggs to the milk and add there the seasonings, put it all in a greased casserole dish (and optionally put some shredded cheese on top) and bake in the oven in 350 degrees for about 20-30min. It's pretty good and really common in here!
@violetflame1980 Oh yes, they all sound great, especially the hamburger! I love changing up recipes and substituting ingredients. Turkey would also work great. Hope you can try this. Thank you for watching and writing in!
Thank you for the sweet comment. Hope you are doing great! I've been trying to dig out from a foot of snow this weekend! Hope your weather is better than mine! Hugs and Happy Superbowl Sunday!
I have all guys in my house, so I am looking for some good recipes, I saw this recipe and thought I would try it out on my guys, WELL, they LOVED IT, Thank goodness I doubled the recipe because it is all gone, No leftovers :-) I will be making lots more of your recipes, they all look so good, I also love the flowers in your yard. You must have a green thumb, The little bloopers at the end are so cute to. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all the recipes. Deb
I wonder if you didnt use the permintos if it would change the recipe?..I dont want the chili powder either!...Im not quite sure if that would mess up the recipe?..Is that chicken pre-cooked? <3,Angie-
Hi Angie! Hope your day is going great! I've never left out the pemintos or chili powder before with this recipe. I'm sure some other spices and peppers would be great in this. Yes, the chicken is pre-cooked. Sometimes I go to the store and buy the premade/hot rotisserie chicken and use that. Mmmm... so yummy! Sending lots of hugs your way! Thank you again for watching!
Hi Amy... sounds yummmy! Easy too and one dish anything for less cleanup is my idea of cooking. We are having Hamburger Helper tonite lol. Your dish looks and sounds so much better. Great idea & I will for sure try this one in the future... thanks again!
Hi Bonnie! Thanks so much for watching and writing in. Always love hearing from you! I love one-dish meals! The less work, the better, ha ha. Hope you can try this recipe! Much love to you and yours!
Hi Suzzanna! Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I hope you like this recipe... it's quick, easy and very little cleanup! Also great with turkey! Have a beautiful day and thank you again for watching. Hugs to you and yours.
OMG 350 degrees, I am so on it. It's all I can think about. I have everything, set to 350 degrees. I just spent the last hour, turning everything in my living room 350 degrees. i hope I'm getting this right. I'm going to turn my life around 350 degrees. There is no way in hell I could ever take down this, without a fax.
Hi girl. Thanks for friends. I have your delicious Chicken Casserole posted in my favs. Are you in the fire dept kitchen? I want to see some of our Heros in some of your vids. that would be cool. Watch out, my Video Slaughter is coming out next month; and I must tell you, people drive a long way to have me cook. Hugs. Stay Sweet. Hold off on the MSG.
Hi! How are you? Your posts just crack me up... especially the ones above, lol. Thank you for posting this vid in your favs. I really do appreciate it! My Mom actually runs a Fire and Rescue website. She had the idea of doing recipes for the firefighters. One thing led to another and somehow I ended up on camera... a nervous wreck! It would be cool to film at a FD though and get some firefighters involved. Can't wait to see your vid! Have a beautiful day. Hugs.
Amy, Your videos look better and better you know. Your recipes are always clearly understood and you know I love your outtakes!! You are always making my days better when I stop by and see my beautiful friend. God bless you!! xoxoxoxoxoxo

Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for letting us know how this turned out for you! I really appreciate it. I love how easy this recipe is. You can also buy a rotisserie chicken already made at a store and use the chicken from it for this recipe. It's so yummy! Hope you are well. Big hugs to you and yours.
