Day ~150 HAPPY 5 months non-smoker!! I became free 9/20/2010 thanks to The Easy Way by Allen Carr. If I can quit, anyone can. It's really quite easy if you have an open mind.

Anybody can say same things, but if they don't undesrtand what they are really saying, that will be just words after words. Anybody did not help me to quit, it was Allen Carr.
