  • je ne dors pas la nuit quand j'en ai dans mon souper. C'est vraiment de la merde!

  • @audreyspacemak3r Je sais que c'est de la merde, merci pour vos pensées.

  • I'm not "into" the 700 club but they did a very comprehensive series about MSG a year ago titled, Dangers of MSG. As a retired medical specialist, I can tell say MSG has been studied using mice and rats in the lab and the results have left little doubt that MSG is definitely a hazzard. If one takes the time to do the research, it becomes clear that there is nothing good to be found in MSG. The only people who argue about this are working for the big food conglomerates. The stats speak loudly.

  • @soulsur5er Thank you so much for your comments, time and support. Unfortunately those trapped in the MSG addiction are hard to convince. I am my own rat and I know how much better I feel, and my health as improved ten fold after removing this chemical and others from my diet. The food manufacturers know exactly what they doing.......I live in hope it will stop soon.

  • thank you! MSG - The Hidden Food Additive Killer! its not difficult to do some RESEARCH!

  • @rusromans1 No, thank you for your support my wide awake friend. xx

  • e621?

  • @MOFYAHSOUNDSystem - Thank you I didn't know this, and it would of been important to add to the video.

  • Great video!!!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!!!

  • @lstanley1968 Thank you for your support.

  • @cantfindmymarbles You have definitely helped me get serious about changing my eating habbits. I shared your video with quite a few people and they are taking this serious as well. My daughter went grocery shopping over the weekend and made sure to get all organic foods and she even found a few things with msg in them. Her husband has been a "vegan" since the beginning of the year and feels great and has lost 80 pounds! I'm sure it's from cutting out all the junk food that has MSG in it.

  • @lstanley1968 - Hey! thank you so much for letting me know I have helped you. It made my day..........I am so happy for you. Here's to a healthier life to you, your family and friends. Keep sharing your good work and we get this stopped xx

  • ANY LEGITIMATE MEDICAL SOURCES? DIDN'T THINK SO! weirdest conspiracy theory eva

  • @ljp7c4 Sorry you feel this way, but if this "Natural Flavouring" isn't harmful, then why are the Chinese take aways starting to remove it from their food?

  • @cantfindmymarbles they're removing it because of people like you who believe in the conspiracy and who wouldn't buy from them if they did sell their food with MSG.

  • @ljp7c4 Why is everything a conspiracy? Why is it not just greedy people saving a few pennies at the expense of peoples health. Why do we have to put up with this second rate food? No people like me put pressure on shitty fast food producers to give people value for money and something that isn't going to cause brain damage when eaten. MSG is just one of many chemical additives which are damaging people, I hope you do your home work.

  • @cantfindmymarbles everything doesn't have to be a conspiracy. I agree that fast food is terrible for your health and that much of what the big food industry does is not in the best interest of consumers. I follow a strict diet myself. I'm a vegetarian and I usually only eat local food. But I have done my research on MSG and I haven't found a single study on it that suggests that it is bad for your health. It is better than salt from what i've found

  • @ljp7c4 I am not into conspiracy .......just the truth. The choice is yours.

  • @cantfindmymarbles I mean, I think it would be helpful to everyone if there was proof. If it really is bad for you, then don't you want more people to be aware of that, so you can help your fellow citizens? But people aren't going to stop eating it if there is no proof. This video has no proof... I have never been able to find proof. But I have an open mind to it. I already eat really healthy and never go to chinese restaurants anyway but it;d be nice to know for sure (through science)

  • @ljp7c4 correction: fellow humans

  • @ljp7c4 its not difficult to do some RESEARCH yourself! this video just a stepping stone for everybody to ask some questions about our health and what we eating.....

  • @rusromans1 well now I'm asking for where I can find such research. Because I have done research and I can't find anything. The only studies I have found have shown very very few cases of people with reactions to MSG. One of the studies in this book: "Monosodium glutamate ‘allergy’: menace or myth?" showed how the only negative reactions came from individuals given placebos and were self identified as MSG allergic. (in other words it was all in their head)

  • @rusromans1 and perhaps I"m not explaining my position very well. I am legitimately, and I mean LEGITIMATELY, searching for the truth about MSG. If someone gives me ANY legitimate studies pointing to negative reactions I will take it seriously. Also, most, if not all of what I eat is homemade, I'm a vegetarian, and I take my diet very seriously. So MSG is already not in my diet. People should probably just not eat out, for many other reasons too.

  • I lived in the Philippines for a while....Over there, they pour MSG in everything.....Ever since then...I have avoided it as much as possible....As with everything else, though....It's becoming more and more hard to avoid it.....People are financially forced to eat unhealthy foods in the USA.....If the USA really wanted to fix it's health problems, it would fix them....Instead we promote poison in our food, and pass laws stifling the organic farming industry....

  • @ninjacatmagic All part of the Codex Alimentarious plan. Decent food will become so expensive people will forced to eat cheap rubbish food and what will come with it a death ceritficate.

  • So nice to know i have holes in my brain thanks MSG thats my fault though i wish i would have known about this growing up

  • well, how do we go MSG free?

  • @robertsangel1975 By eating mostly fresh food.

  • Did you know that the word gullible isn't in the dictionary?

  • @homestar04 No but stupidity is............

  • Well say i never had anything bad happen to me from using MSG i use it all the time whit deep fry chicken .PP IF YOU CAN'T EAT IT STAY AWAY STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT

  • Capitalism is the final chapter in historic evolution of THE TYRANNY OF PRIVATE PROPERTY RELATIONSHIP of alienation, exploitation and suffering of humanity, a Market mechanism where minority interest is the NEGATION OF OUR COMMON HUMANITY IN COOPERATION and HARMONY. We shall overcome the structure of minority power and oppression and reclaim our planet for a world of cooperation for our common neeand well being, expressing our energetic creative divinity in freedom of being.

  • I also heard that MSG is alright in small quantities. Is that valid?

  • @Jurassicprince Yes, there is no dangers to MSG. It is one of the safest food additives used in food today.

  • @Jurassicprince ye, small varies for people, its found naturally in most foods already, but when talking about chinese and fastfood restaurants i wouldnt call all the unneccesary extra msg now added to your diet small....

  • A lot of people are really stupid... not really knowing what they are talking about...like do you know what is mosodium glutamate really is...do you eat hamburger with tomato in it? do you like vegetables?, do you like corn? have you been breast fed by your mother? they're naturally all contains glutamate, my golly you are consuming a lot of MSG in your life and you're still alive?

  • @destinyabby This person is correct. MSG is fine and has been proven numerous times to be one of the safest food additives used.

  • @Damn6Deal6Done6

Yeah, there's a reason it's found on the GRAS list (Generally Recognized As Safe) along with salt and pepper. Technically, the only difference between MSG and naturally occurring glutamate in foods is that the MSG is in a stabilized form thanks to the sodium. When dissolved/digested, it breaks down into sodium cations and glutamate anions, the glutamate being the same stuff you'd get from the natural source, just with a bit of sodium. Absolutely nothing harmful or 'toxic'.

  • @destinyabby

I suspect the health food/organic fad craze is to blame for all the misinformation. Sadly, a lot of people nowadays probably think organic means 'healthier', as in a higher nutrient content, without realizing that if we all farmed 'organically', we'd starve to death due to low crop yield. Advances in farming technology are being regarded as a bad thing due to this anti-science trend going around.

  • @thrustfang Bwa hahaha!!!! Keep eating GMO food!!! Good for you indeed!!!!

  • @zigyzigy13

Just because a plant has been genetically modified does not mean it automatically is 'bad' to eat. Genetic modifications occur both naturally through breeding (we select the plants with the most desirable genes, and do away with the ones with undesirable traits) as well as artificially in a laboratory. Artificial modifications are basically the same principle, except without having to constantly crossbreed different plants - you get to the desired result faster.

  • Hello People,

check out my many Playlist´s about very interesstings things, you should know. Everbody should know. I hope you find answers, about life, about love, about Government, about past and future etc etc

Keep your eyes open all the time!!!

    Love and Peace MissG

  • @MissGabrielle82 I have check your channel and subbed you do some good work my friend.

  • so i guess just grow your own food

  • Thank you!! People are scared, and they don't want to know the truth. Knowing means CHANGE and people are scared of CHANGE!! It takes a lot of guts to spread TRUTH...

  • @rockerrhirhi Thank you so much for your support, take care.

  • @rockerrhirhi Wrong, knowing means doing some work. Most people are content to listen non-critically to anything they are told. This is why debunked nonsense about the danger of MSG is so easily spread. Try reading about MSG before spreading ignorance throughout the world.

  • if its not msg its sulfites, bht ... the list goes on, but in my case I am very sensitive to msg and it makes me feel im drugged if i consume too much of it in foods..."everybody's got something to hide except for me and my monkey"

  • @jimsi Yes I suppose the list does go on, unfortunately. .....Sorry to hear the bad news about your sensitivity but at least you are aware so you can try and avoid it.

  • huntington's is a genetic disease, it is not caused by MSG. Also, there is no evidence in this video of the claims made. I agree that msg is a harm, but you can't just make empty claims like that.

  • You are possible right that Huntington's is a genetic disease, but are the genes being damaged by chemicals in are foods?

I think I am right to say that mental health diseases are on the increase and quite dramatically. 1 in 110 for Autism in children today, compared with 1 in 5000 ten years ago. There must be a root cause don't you agree, and I am not in the habit of making empty claims. Thanks for your comments.

  • THANK YOU for a HONEST and a real "eye opener" for people who refuse to listen to the truth behind msg. It's like eating poison, very toxic for everyone. It;s so awful that this toxin to added to our food.. I'm 23 but I have been worried about eating msg for years and will tell anyone who will listen. Great video. Thank you for trying to save people from the hidden poison.

  • What lovely comments thank you. It's great that you also understand the dangers of this additive, you are doing good work by informing people, thats all any of use can do. Take care and don't worry this poison will be gone soon.

  • It's kind of sad that Wikipedia has more factual information than the bullshit here. What next, promoting creationism? Vaccines causing autism?

Fucking retards, do some fucking research before you post bullshit like this.

  • Thanks for your constructive and intellectual feedback.

I look forward to watching any videos you may make in your toxic future.

    I wish you well.

Oh by the way, who writes Wikipedia?

  • Try reading the citations for their evidence and maybe you'd find out. Assuming you're not illiterate of course. But hey, you probably think any unsourced gibberish counts as valid science, so anything I say probably won't get through your thick skull that you're apparently using to store dirty rags in.

  • I feel sorry that you feel so angry with your life.....you obviously have issues, so please go play somewhere else.

  • Are you just allergic to the truth or something?

  • @raymoohackuray hey you fat fast food lovin' pig! Why you so vehement in your defense of MSG? Whether or not this vid is totally proven, it's well known that MSG is a poison. You just cant tear your obese ass away from your mega bucket of chicken shit, tower storey MUCK Donalds burger, flame grilled cholesterol crap. You diabolical glutton!!!!

  • A lot of problem they're talking about are mostly phsycological, people with lesser brain are being brain wash? if MSG is really bad why don't the FDA ban it from restaurant?...one known brand of MSG uses fermented corn in making it, what is bad about it?. most people use artificial sweetener (man made)without knowing what's in it too.....instead of using naturally grown sugar from cane... made by our mother earth... DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH people before taking in anything into your body.

  • @destinyabby

It's really easy to find out why they don't ban it. Just think about it. What do food companies want to make? Money. Food companies are always in competition for money sales and that's all it boils down to. They put it in all kinds of packaged foods. Top Ramen noodles (which is why they taste so damn good), Doritos, all kinds of shit. It has been proven to cause mental and physical problems and yet they are still allowing companies to put this shit in their food. It's fucked up.

  • @jmann114 ....There is no profit if people are well as the same people who own the food manufacturing companies no doubt own the pharmecutical companies aswell. The objective is to keep us sick and ignorant.......but I am sure that this will soon be coming to an end.

  • @cantfindmymarbles

I don't understand your first sentence. If you're saying there isn't profit, there is. I'm not saying one company is making more profit over the other just because of MSG, but take Doritos for instance. People know Doritos are good, but it's because of the MSG. If there wasn't any MSG in Doritos, they wouldn't be so popular and tasty. But I do party agree with you that the two companies own the same thing. If you have evidence of it though, that would be even better.

  • @cantfindmymarbles You are definitly ignorant. But seriously, MSG is fine and has been proven numerous times to be one of the safest food additives used. It is naturally occurring and found in vegetables. We consume it all the time.

  • @AnitZombie

"it's well known that MSG is a poison"

I'll take my information from people who are qualified scientists and not random conspiracy theorists on YouTube, thanks.

    "You diabolical glutton!!!!"

Is this really the best response you could manage? Instead of citing something like evidence, you spout childish nonsense?

  • @aquariussphere msg might not have all the effects on this video but still pretty bad. I don't think you'll find much evidence proving that its not a neuro toxin and that it exites braincells to die, and theres evidence to prove it lowers periphiral vision, no1 here is your school teacher so its upto you if you bother to find articles or not (perhaps you'll find some showing otherwise)

  • also if you believe that just because "qualified scientists" allow the food to be legal then its all good for you, you're a fucking retard, what next, lemme guess preservatives don't have any negative effects? emulsifiers don't either? gorge down on all the mcds all you can cause its not banned? all that it means is that it won't kill you today or tomrw, but more along the lines that its another thing that contributes to poorer health. If someone chooses to care about its effects its upto them

  • According to truthinlabeling(.)org, CSPI was pretty much an apologist for the MSG industry a while back.

    truthinlabeling(.)org(/)CSPI_ReWSJ_finalVersion(.)html

  • Great information, thanks for creating and sharing this message. I noticed quite a few spelling errors in the text though. Fix those and it will be that much better.

  • @acuwaimea There is errors in the information, not just the spelling.

  • Thanks for posting here! MSA, Aspartame and Acesulfame K are the worst additives! To avoid the side effects of MSG, Dr Russel Blaylock said the Turmeric Curcuma Longa is good. Take care!

  • Thanks for that info, I will be checking it out.

  • In my case, i order on website vilacplusdoteu because their products are organics and fermented with lactobacillus.

    Take care

  • Thanks for this info, it is really useful i will check this ine out too.

  • i would like to ask you if you could put this video in portuguese? If you like i could translate and send it to you.

  • If you send the translation, I would be glad to add it to the video....if it is helping to pass this information on I am only to pleased to help. Thank you

  • one of the best videos in Youtube.I avoid msg too.have you read the book Sugar Blues? Its another "poison".

  • Thank you for your kind comment, it is really appreciated. I have not read Sugar Blues but I'm sure I would find it interesting, I will look out for it. Glad to know there are others who feel the same way.

  • Thanks, cant believe you lost so much weight just from cutting this additive out your diet,

    amazing

  • I know, bit of a pleasing result. It proves to me how damaging this additive is.

  • I can't beleave what this stuff does to you. how do you avoid it if it's in everything tho?

thanx, i learnt alot from that

  • It is difficult to avoid, as they put some flavouring in most foods that are processed, unfortunately it means checking the ingredients when buying a product and knowing what names to look for as it is deliberately disguised. Thanks for asking.
