Back in the day when the B-52's were playing nightclub gigs here in Atlanta, it was common to see them at one of the local gay dance bars after their gig. Fun people, REAL people who met each other by chance at a party in Athens, GA that Cindy, Ricky and his partner, Keith had crashed and the rest is history.

i don't usually go for this kind of music. rarely do. but the two lead singers' voices compliment one another: kate's unusual "whiney belt" and fred's "deep ("yeah") flamboyance" and the sexual energy in their dancing...it's sorta catchy.
