hermans 999 plan is unconstitutional. eliminate the irs and income tax. dont agree? cains 999 plan suggests a 4th 9 called a pay roll tax. the tax rate would still be rather large (and hard to get rid of through legislation, possibly even with a decade of work) and still unconstitutional.

I was/am not a Romney fan. Perry is ridiculous. Accusing Romney of supposedly hiring illegals is like accusing the gentleman sitting in the first row who took a taxi to the Convention Center of having hired illegals because the taxi company hired some illegal aliens. How was he supposed to scrutinize/know such details of that taxi firm?

Romney hired a lawn company without checking if they were all legal! Every responsible US citizen should make sure there are no illegal immigrants working for the companies they do business with. I make sure Coca Cola employees are legal citizens before I drink a Coke. Additionally, if there was a rumor that Coke had hired an illegal, I would never drink Coke again. The real immigration solution is DOING WHAT PERRY DID: pass a law that gives money to illegals instead of U.S. citizens.

P.S. can someone explain to me how the 9-9-9 plan will create a more competitive market? Cain didn't do a good job explaining it and I cant find it on his website.

Furthermore, he didn't answer anderson's question of whether or not poorer families would pay taxes. His answer should be yes, but they will pay less due to cheaper goods and services. The second part however, is not provable.

@drupoo2 actually ron paul gets ignored because GE is one of the largest global media conglomerates and it has a higher GDP than most nations. They are also the 2nd largest military contractor so when ron paul wants to end the war and end corporate subsidies that GE benefits from considerably ofcourse they will label him as a radical. Since 9/11 the U.S. has waged 2 "preemptive wars" that resulted in over 800,000 civilian casualties while military spending has increased by $100 bil./ year.

He totally let Perry dump on him without responding when Perry said, "Yeah, you ask your question and I'll answer however I want." I.e., your such a wimp. I'll say whatever I want despite your specific question. Cooper should stick with telling Gerard Depardieu poop jokes...
