Falcon sucks ass. Everybody I know from there is jacked the fuck up coz they don't get enough rest. After a while it takes a toll and it shows. When the kid said "I thought I fell asleep" that's what he meant. Rest is damn important but soldiers there get less than 3 hrs of sleep a night. No wonder they get hit a lot.

I had a similar experience in Iraq, Southwest of Baghdad. We hit an IED that blew my Bradley into the air, several feet up and forward. I know what these men were feeling, thinking, it's not funny worth a sh**. I'm glad that they all made it out alive.
