It's kind of funny but I am just now beginning to learn Swedish (my fifth language after Spanish, English, Portuguese and Japanese) and I was really surprised how good the sounds were until it reached Swedish and then I thought "Wow, he's TOO good at it!" so my vote goes for Swedish. Their wide range of vowel sounds is really hard to nail for non-natives!
