I dunno thats prolly the craziest trick I can do you just gotta throw both sticks simoutaneously towards eachother and catch them at the same time. It takes a lot of practice and you will probably drop the sticks numerous times before you finally catch em.

Like 2 to 3 hrs It depends im not gonna lie though there where days where I would go for like 6 or 7 I get crazy with that shit when I got my homegirl mary jane with me.
