My guess for the city is a generic-afied Detroit. thoughts:

a) it IS Ford we are talking about here, which is based in The D.

2) the buildings are SIMILAR but it looks like they deformed some of the heights and rearranged them, including bringing the Fisher Building into the shot.

d) the water tower looks REALLY similar to a lot of them in Hokeytown

5) The moths really are as big as people the city. We use them to get around now. Most popular is the 2010 Ford Motomoth GT.

I'm probably taking your last question too seriously but I'm from the UK and know London fairly well. Take shoes that won't give you blisters!!! Navigation around London normally makes use of public transport but there will still be a fair bit of walking involved though it depends what you do!
