It was a GoPro Hero Cam.You can get it at your local hobby center.What do you mean about fish eye?

It is a standard motorcycle hemet.The herocam comes with double stick tape and several types of mounts.I have it stuck on my right side of the helmet.

No kidding. Wow. I have a system similar to the GoPro and never even thought about trusting the double sided tape. Figure it just wouldn't hold up to the shaking and nonstop abuse. Have you hever had it fall off?
