No, A gainerfull is a back full moving forwards, and a cork is a butterfly twist from a cheat set-up.

In a cork there is 540 degrees rotation and in a gfull there is 2 360 degree rotations, one beeing a twist and the other a flip.

Therefore for it to class as a gainerfull there must be some inversion, this doesn't mean you have to be upside down when the twist starts. Some peope do the gfulls like a cork the invert their body whilst they are twisting like Anis does in this video.
