Peace Brother...ummm I had a situation with the completion of something within the timespan you gave between 20-30 minutes dealing with the time boxing..I think if you focus on the completion you will not get distracted and need more time than what is needed to complete the task...I hope you understand what I just said...lol.. What an impressive (and deep!) young brother you are! Whatever your aspirations are, I know you will achieve them and then some.
