Well I never saw the kitchen but the huge junk pile out back, discolored ceiling tiles, foul stench, dirty fans, and junk pile in the dining room were all really there. I doubt that production brought dead rats to plant in the restaurant. I guess if I owned that place I'd tell people it was staged too.

I'm curious.  The restaurant owner is claiming that much of the filth was staged, so I'm curious as to just how accurately you believe the show portrayed the situation there.
