@rachellesi I think Gaudi and Belgium Art Nouveau architecture is jaw dropingly beautifull, they and the Egyptians didn't have computers. I don't think Zaha would have done any of this without them. There is no order or direction that I can see in this, just complex interpretations of her lap top doodles.

mmm.. robert.. quería saber si sos vos el que sale en las fotos.. o sea, estuviste en este hotel???... me parece muy interesante la morfología de la habitación, son así todas la envolventes?? tiene mobiliario fijo que sale de las "paredes".. es una duda que me surgió al ver esa especie de cama en la que sales sentado...

Hola zoefiction, soy yo quien aparece en el video. El hotel es el "Silken Puerta America" en Madrid.

La habitacion es genial. Hay otra similar en color negro, con el bano en rojo. El mobiliario es de forma organica, y efectivamente, es fijo y forma parte de las paredes. Incluyendo la tina del bano, el escritorio, esa banca a la que te refieres, y la cama entre otras cosas.

PWOAHHHHHHH! That hotel room is AWESOME. I love Zaha Hadid's work. And her design museum is a MUST VISIT for me. She's my hero :o And it makes me even MORE proud that she is actually designing a skyscraper in Melbourne :D I wonder if anything was mentioned at the design museum? Thanks anyway ! :D

yes 1 model of the skyscraper was shown as part of the exihibition, its going to be great! Maybe i ll come down to OZ once it's finished and check it out! That's a good excuse for a holiday anyway, isn't it?

Sorry mate. I'm afraid Zaha Hadid is no longer the architect of the skyscraper in Melbourne due to her design being 'too expensive.' We'll be getting a tower by Norman Foster instead which is okay I guess. I think the skyscraper you're referring to is in Warsaw. Really curvy?
