  • Bruce Lee is the best !!!!

They should make 2011 a Bruce Lee game on Nintendo Ds !!!!!

And all the outfits from Bruce Lee's movies should be in the game example the yellow Jumpsuit from Game of Death.....and the black and yellow Nunchucks should be able to !!!!!!!

And all the opponents from Bruce Lee's movies should be in the new Bruce Lee game on Nintendo Ds too example........Chuck Norris.......Bolo Yeung.........Shih Kien..

Dan Inosanto........Kareem Abdul Jabbar and many more please !!!!!!

  • I bet if it was Tom Hanks or one of those big Hollywood Giallo actors, the stunt dept and gun expert would double check the bullets for safety... It was careless and irresponsible for the film crew to allow a fucking dummy bullet to kill Brandon Lee.. They wanted to save time and money and the result was priceless and cost someone's life.. They were lucky Bruce Lee had died early cause if he saw this happend to his only son, it would be a world of fury!!!

  • aaaahh whats that song starting at 0:19 again plz?

  • "not one bankable star from asia"? what about Jackie Chan?

  • Jackie Chan started his sucess in America in 1997 with Rush Hour. America wasn't interested with Jackie before then.

  • @UKfan1975 Actually it was 1995 with Rumble in the Bronx. This movie made Jackie Chan a household name in America, even though most people watched it only for the crazy stunts and fight scenes because the dialogue and story was ridiculous!

  • @UKfan1975 Okay, I understand now. Brandon died in 93 so my sense of time was off. Chan was just starting to become "famous" in the early 90s and that combined with the fact that there just weren't as many asian or asian american actors would make it make sense that there were no mega stars who were oriental at that time.

  • @UKfan1975 Actually, Rumble In The Bronx was popular here in America.

  • @UKfan1975 I thought he became successful with his 1996 Rumble in the Bronx. Rush Hour came out in 1998

  • @KunKhmer562 Yes your right it was but the film was not intended to be for the American Market.

  • @TruthSurge Bro, Brandon Lee died in like 93 or something this interview is pretty old, Jackie Chan didn't hit it big until he released Rumble In The Bronx.. That is coming from a guy in Asia, not Asian American.. He was touching on the fact that not one Asian American has become a bankable star in Hollywood..

  • @samuraiyao Okay, I understand now. Brandon died in 93 so my sense of time was off. Chan was just starting to become "famous" in the early 90s and that combined with the fact that there just weren't as many asian or asian american actors would make it make sense that there were no mega stars who were oriental at that time. I just thought Chan was big enough at that time for Brandon to at least mention and not totally ignore but my mad.

  • @samuraiyao Thats so right, Brandon was champion the asian course, i love him for that.

  • @TruthSurge What about Donnie Yen?

  • @Fleshman00 I'm not an oriental movie star buff. hehe nor movie buff. so I just looked him up on wiki. seems to be well-respected for his skills and acting and directing. I just don't watch many movies so I had never heard of him.

  • try to watch at least one of the movies Brandon made in his short life - he was a martial artist as well as his father was. And they both were actors by the way

  • I Love you Brandon, so much, forever and ever

  • Bruce was born in America making him an American citizen. His name 'Bruce' was given to him by the midwife

  • After the death of Bruce lee, the world needed one super hero and in the following were the creation of Bruce li and Bruce lii.

  • o.42 this guy isnt bruce lee ... for gods shake....

  • nobody should die in this case. But human is human. Unpredictable. Even all of us here never know when we gonna die....that's why

  • Brandon Lee will live forever in our hearts, in our dreams and on our screens.

  • Sounds like a really nice guy. RIP

  • pisses me off and makes me wonder why would the Lee family die? why not the wife???? i think the Bruce Lee family will live no more T_T

  • Comment removed

  • I love seeing this, I miss his work

  • Brandon would have been the biggest asian american actor EVER had he not tragically died.

this man was set for super stardom... Such a tragic end to such a brilliant young man.

Much like his father... Rest in Peace Brandon, and Bruce Lee.

  • I nearly crie when I saw that Picture of Bruce Hugging him. RIP Brandon and Bruce

  • LMAO @ 2:18 that was jackie chan believe it or not ahhh good shit

  • i know

  • The Hollywood term "Bankable" sickens me. Bruce Lee always and forever.

  • hmm notice at 4;00 he says 1997 is coming up, I thought brandon died in 1993

  • RIP Brandon and Bruce.

  • I get pissed off too when I see exploitations of my hero by a cheap wannabe. Both Lee's are still the best as far as I'm concerned, and Dascascoss and JSLee are great actors, but hollywood has'nt given them a chance. Bruce worked so hard to give Asians a chance, and 40-something years after, nothing has changed. To it shortly, I'm pissed.

    RIP Brandon and Bruce.

  • thats Jackie Chan at 02.20 getting his neck broke by B.L in E.T.D ...best martial arts film ever & will probably remain the best for a very long time

  • excellent post...

  • im named after Brandon Lee

    R.I.P love ya man

  • Thank you

  • i hate those Bruce Lee rip off movies. So annoying. Bruce and Brandon 4ever

  • it's interesting to hear his perspective on the lack of asian faces in hollywood and how nothing has changed in the past 30 years..where it's now more like the past 45 years.

but his solution to this is to have more asian directors..well, in the past fifteen years after this interview was held, we have seen john woo, ang lee, wong kar wai, zhang yimou.. whether or not these directors will make a difference for asian actors in america is not yet known. i hope they do..

  • So right on dude. How many bankable Asians now beside Jackie Chan,Jet Li, or ang lee that have broke into the box office sales? I can think of John Cho from the Harold and Kumar and that movie really didn't make that much in the box office...

  • i think brandon is timeless and we will never forget him!!! well..i want to ask something!!!does anyone know if his bride to be eliza hutton is marries now??

  • yes,Eliza get married in 2004,till then she had struggle along, and thats understandable..

  • i think brandon is timeless and we will never forget him!!! well..i want to ask something!!!does anyone know if his bride to be eliza hutton is marries now??

  • i'm just happy to be able to see and hear all of these interviews.thank you so much for sharing them.laura lynn

  • great post thanks

  • id be super pissed of they were imitators of my dad after he died

especially if i were bruce lee's son

  • did bruce lee run up to a wall is there a vidio ? plz tell me more dudes! =)

  • what?

  • They suck!

  • I've got all of Bruce Lee's movies and I also seen the fake ones.

  • 30 years ago there was no asian man in a lead role 18 years from this interview there is still no asian man in a lead role only in action and martial art movies. I just don't understand the world. BTW I'm not asian I'm american.

  • there`s only 1 bruce lee

  • live lee!!!

  • WOW!!!! Another D!PSHIT! How old r u 22? So that would have made u 8 or so, when Brandon past away. You have no idea WTF u r takilng about... So bottom line before opening your trap... KNOW YOUR FACTS!!!

  • Just in case there is any confusion, my comment is direct to saigoncrapkidz.

  • Sorry what I meant was Brandon is half chinese, not three quarters. Brandon's mum was of Swedish and English heritage.

  • oh ... i get confused with this sort of stuff lol

  • he was a good fighter like his dad

Brandon was only quarter Chinese wasn't he coz his mam was American and Bruce lee was half American and half Chinese

  • Yeah Brandon was very talented in the martial arts.

I have to correct you on the point you made about Bruce Lee, Bruce Lee was'nt half American, he is three quarters Chinese and a quarter German. This is because Bruce Lee's mother was half German and half Chinese and his Father was fully Chinese.

So Brandon is three quarters Chinese not a quarter.

  • oh right. his imformation on the website must be wrong then coz it said his mam was american and his dad was chinese....but oh well i made a mistake

  • Yeah..ur rite his mum was American..(her origin is of swedish & English Heritage) and yes his dad was Chinese.

  • So Yeah he is defly half Chinese, but he also has Swedish, English and tiny bit of German Heritage also.

  • okay

  • no,bruce was quater german, and his wife is half english half switzerzland!

  • Bruce Lee's wife was half English and half Swedish..

  • Shut up bitch!

  • Bruce Lee: Martial Artist

    Brandon Lee: Actor

You understand, two very different people

  • brandon was a true martial artist, in front and behind the camera, keanu is a film fighter,in reality "neo" would probably get his butt whipped in the streets.

  • UKfan1975 where is the interview with Brandon on the Big Breakfast?

  • Type starthrillerbrandonlee on google

  • Thank you for this!...I love Brandon!

  • oh yeah they both half chinese and both have one sister. They both have both also worked with jeff imada

  • People are allways comparing Keanu and Brandon because they are the same age and became successful during the same time. Keanu with Point Break and Brandon with Rapid Fire.

Keanu also appeared on the big breakfast a year after Brandon. I'll upload that interview so people can see how different they are when being interviwed from the same show and same person.

  • Brandon Did know how to fight, Keanu is cool... but i doubt he can do all those things he do im movies.

  • incredible!! truly amazing. Much love UKFan!

    -David
