It is called GESTUNO. that is all one sign language for all the world of deaf and deaf oral people who attend the world federation of the Deaf conference. It will be next World Federation of the Deaf in AFRICA. At last, it is not a spasm!

@vibrosnor deaf can sign their own language in just about every country and even though they are speaking in english the type of sign that they are using is different than that of America.
