    I did this pose when I had knee pain. The pain was gone in a day. Also, my friend had a bad knee pain for 2 years. He could not walk. He learned this pose and got rid of the pain. It took him about 6 month though.

    On behalf of all decent people, I apologize for not proper comments I see here.

  • i was reading some yoga books and i too some time feel like I have 3 parts in my lung where each used during different times to take air. Now in this pose, which part of the lung should be used to inhale more air? Upper, lower,middle?

    I mean, is there really a point to showing the part where she is showing the pose from the front and messes up what she was trying to say, and then jumping back to show a completely different take of the same thing? If you are going for bloopers for the lawls, save them for the end of the video, please!.

  • While I consider myself flexible, my body doesn't come close to being able to do much of these. I cant touch my toes standing

  • I like this pose, don't have any problems with stretching or pain but the blood flow into my lower legs ceases really quickly when I'm sitting on my heels, which makes it impossible for me to stay in this pose for longer than one or two minutes. Do you have any tips for that?

  • I get a lot of cramping in my calf muscles ... on waking ...it's like they are being stretched.. though not by me -oddly enough .

  • this is yin yoga. very good. this girls is nice. if you don't live near her, try the jennifer kries videos. they are the best ones out there.

  • I need to start doing this pose. I'm a mechanic and there are times when I need to squat down and sort of sit on my heels. I used to be able to do that but I lost that flexibility over the years. I wasn't aware that you could regain knee flexibility. If I can do it, it will help me in my job.
