John smokes spliffs. You put tobacco in spliffs. Tobacco is (obviously) addicting. There are no chemicals that make you addicted to cannabis, but yes, you can become dependent on it.

The drug he is actually addicted to is tobacco.

has anyone ever thought that 1 in 1,000,000,000 might be wired strangedly and that is why they are effected differantly then the rest, or has anyone ever thought that so many people smoke cannabis, some of them never got diagnosed with another ailment, becaseu cannabis was treating some of the effects of the ailment?
