well psyclone nine are vampires they are goth portraying the industrial revolution blackened eyes nails and lips from the coal mines. Actually, Suicide Commando formed in 1986. 'Pomps, '90.

actually this is false. Johan Van Roy did some cassette tapes that had nothing to do with the name suicide commando, then he later printed that on them to make it seem like he had made that acts specific music earlier but that wasn't the case.

psychopomps also had music tapes from 86 onwards but they beat s.c. by a full 3 1/2 years on first having a CD single out in 89'.

Probably because Suicide Commando (Johan van Roy) is the one adding the vocals to this song. It says so on Dioxyde's website. He also apparently is in "Words of Judas" which also appears on the same album as this one - Social Phobia.
