I did own a Zune. It really did suck though.

I had a horrible time with their support, it busted after 2 weeks. Now I own a iPod and it works great. I haven't had one problem at all.

Mine was brand new.

I had it serviced multiple times and

no tech could find anything wrong with it.

It deleted it's entire library twice,

and took hours to fix.

Well, I think Nintendo is the one laughing. They're the only ones actually making money consistently. MS finally posted their *first* gain for the games division a couple weeks ago. Their *first* quarter it didn't just bleed money since before original Xbox. If that's awesome for you, I'm glad you're not a stockholder!
