could you show us a total workout for tricep at the gym? i can hardly find any exercises for my tricpe that acutally work for me!? :/ they are either to heavy xD or to easy! :S
@datus079 Buy it from a shop...lol! Just joking. You just have to keep training those triceps hard, be consistent and make sure there is someone there to check your technique and that you are doing it correctly and it will come. STAY STRONG
@absbiceps well if you have trained your triceps to there full potential, then its down to genetics and you have a short head length on your triceps. but dont get me wrong you look fantastic will what god gave you.

As for the music, it doesn't really matter whether you listen to music or not, all that counts is your get the work done with good form and technique and decent amount of reps. I mostly train without music and focus on the muscle (mind to muscle connection)... but i must admit i do seem work slight harder when i listen to music, as it just puts me in the zone. But whatever works for you, as long as it produces the results you want. GO FOR IT. STAY STRONG guys
Well said hankextreme. Isolation exercises are very important as they create more tension, which triggers lactic acid which creates the burn. The BURN is essentially and many people underestimate its potential by just doing free weights with low reps. You need to incorporate both methods in your training. Thanks alot for mentioning isolation and burn....... You right on the money there

I dont think that making excersize is somehow related to the quantity of the exercise.
You get it right if you isolate the muscle group which you are working on , and if you feel burning within the first 5-10 , then you got it right.

After my opinion, if you can't control yourself enaugh , then you listen to music.
I consider my self a mentally strong person, when my pecs are burning from exercise , I keep pushing and making an additional 20.
