2012 and the created games still look like a Mystic Quest on GameBoy, just in color. I'm disappointed, thought it made some progress after so many years of RPG Makers.
Sorry to hear you think that... but, let me set the record strait:
RGSS3 is supported in RPG Maker Ace, which allows custom code (which means you can create a whole new engine using 3D models if your smart enough of course).
In 2005(USA) RPG Maker 3 was released on the PlayStation 2 & the graphics are fully 3D... the only limitation was you had to use what they provided (with-out some serious hacking).
The comment seems to be anti-pixel art. I personally love pixel art.
This seems very exciting, but what I hope for is with a little work and maybe some scripting for the battle system that I could bring what I loved in XP to here in VX ace. I definitely won't be leaving XP at all, but I just don't want to leave the beautiful music, battle layout, and graphics of XP behind...

Vou dar uma olhada depois, mas o maior avanço desse maker foi na mudança em não ter mais tilesets ilimitados, abre uma gama enorme de opções para os makers!!
@LuiDeca Just a few extra features that you could easily implement with scripts. A nice thing though is that you could make your own attack formula.

I used to think that then I tried windows 7.
As good as XP is it's getting a bit dated and software devs will stop supporting it.
Vista on the other hand was shit and 8 looks to be the same.
