I would be very interested in seeing the newest version of your mod uploaded, shincraft is my favorite starcraft mod.

For modding the unit attacks, I used Arsenal II and Arsenal Zero. I skipped Arsenal III altogether.

For everything else, I used Stardraft, Stargraft, MPQcraft, ICE, and many others. I don't know remember exactly, since I did this about 7 years ago. If you want to do SC mods, go for it. It's really fun :D.
