the solution for PS and Xbox is to save before you start part of the quest then if it fucks up just hope that it doesnt do it again

Before you buy the house you have to complete a quest. Go to a the windhelm cemetery at night a guard there will give you the quest

@7BaseSK8 Yeah, but for some reason this is a bit buggy and the quest will never start for some people.

I just did what the video said and I also bought every decoration, including the clean-up. But when I get to Hjerim, there are still bones, cobwebs, and the fog. How do I get rid of this? :<

-> get close to the things you want to get rid.

-> Save game (very important)

-> open console

-> click on the bones (or other unwanted things), an ID number should appear in the middle of your screen. make sure it's not the ID of the wall / floor behind it by clicking on these.

-> type "markfordelete". If the object does not disappear, click on it again. If the ID number changed to xxxxx [D], the object will disapear next time you enter your house.

easy :

- save game !!! (VERY IMPORTANT)

- open console

- type "TCL" (collision OFF)

- move to an angle where you will have nothing behind the spider webs (this will make sure you will not delete a wall instead).

- open the console again, select the spiderweb, type "markfordelete".

- quit console, leave your house, enter your house.

- If spiderweb is gone, save game. If there is a hole in your wall, load game.

- open console, type "TCL" again to turn on collisions.

@nifekill112 there aren`t any console commands available for ps3 so it`s impossible, and ps3 sucks. PC FTW!
