Actually Dave can use the verison of the Four Horsemen(The Mechanix) that he helped write. He can't use the current lyrics but he can use the music...If you write a song all song writers own an equal share of the song...In this case the music and lyrics to the original verison. Megadeth can sing the Mechanix all they want and Metallica can't do anything about it.
