It was a beautiful dress and she did look stunning, but for my taste it was simply too plain. Over here, that is what brides wear on a regular basis, so it's nothing spectacular. The only thing that really set this dress off a bit was that ruffle on her arse. Oh well, it was her wedding. For me, this just wouldn't do.
The "all white" theme wedding was the only way for a pregnant bride to go down that runway. Traditionally, the church would never allow a bride that was not pure to walk down to the alter in pure white. I guess the days of the royals checking for purity are over too!! Commoners will just do the math when the baby is born.
I'm glad this waste of money is over with. 10 million could have been spent better...like feeding hungry people, giving shelter. these selfish people ought to be buried.
@tulipsontheorgan I have to disagree with you. I'm American and I would say the wedding was not a wast of money. This was an AMAZING commercial for the UK. The money spent will come back and be tripled from this wonderful event. I work in the UK six months a year and I know what a great city London is. After seeing this event, so many of my American friends have said they are going to be booking a summer vacation to the UK.

And that attention raises millions every year for those good causes. William and Harry have raised mega amounts of money for Center point (a homeless shelter), and just Google their work in Africa and Google the Princes trust and you will see how shallow and wrong you are.
