@fetz48 We really need to do another one of these. This was really fun to do.
Maybe we'll do one for a modern game. Especially considering that the law is starting to come down on 'let's play' type videos that are essentially just gameplay footage with commentary. This sort of blind-play with more live action footage that gameplay footage might be the way to go in the future.
I've watched almost every video. Nice to see that there's still some talented people out there. If you guys ever want any donations on games or anything send me a message. I have a knack for finding cool and odd stuff. I'm in California and there's tons of thrift stores in my area.
Keep the shows coming guys, I really enjoy seeing the classics live on.
Long answer: Both Zero and myself work a lot of odd hours. That and finding games we've never actually played is kind of difficult. I've been working on a LOT of projects, so, all we really need to do is sit down and film them.
I've seen HOW to get past it, and that section is actually REALLY long... about 2 screens worth of scrolling with rocks falling like that. the trick seems to be aiming around your character and only hitting the rocks around him while also maning to avoid hitting him and making him jump.
but yea, that's really annoying on a first level :D
It was actually a bit of a throwaway gag in the Mario race episode of Game.Hack. But, yes. My Nintendo really does work without pushing the cartridge down. It also has a green power LED. And it is much cleaner than Reddman's.
I have to get my hands on another Nintendo that hasn't been hacked all to hell so we can talk about modifying them so they actually... Work reliably. Sort of.
realy great vid

Man that rock part is absolute bullshit! If only the game gave you a machine gun power up or something to clear those up. But thats just ASS!

@powdertoastman83 Actually, there is a machine gun power up in the game. But it's entirely not what you think or expect it would be.

how does the game work when you didn't push it down in the nintendo?
nickpj9695 2 years ago
his internal connector has been adjusted so that the cartridge doesn't need pressure to work.
ReddmanDGZ 2 years ago
oh, cool. will that be a future episode of game hack?

Yes!

I love how Reddman just comes in...
"Youuuu.. We haven't played this yet.."
