Hello, Cassey! I been a fan of you since last spring~your videos really help~but I have a problem because I been working out my triceps with this video but i seem to only get more muscles~ I have been running for about 20 mins a day or swimming~ I just want to get rid of the fat around my arms.....is my routine okay or do I need to tweek it?
Love this! I try to do this video twice a week...the only problem is the first two moves REALLY hurt my lower back...is there anything I can do to still do the move but take pressure off my back, especially when dipping down to the floor? Or do I just need to do more back traing first?
I really like your videos but I must say that this one should come with a warning. It's so intense that it can be harmful for some of us. Personally, it's been 3 days since I did this work out and yet last night I couldn't literally sleep because of the pain in my arms...and I'm a quite fit and well-trained person! Anyway, it would be nice if you could make another tricep vid for us that would be more doable. Thank you! x
Oh my GOD upper body strength = weaknessss. Unbelievable, my triceps already feel super tight and toned just from doing this haha. I'll be sore tomorrow!
- omg cassie i have a huge request, could you make a flexibility stretching video and a new normal stretching video, the reason is when i try to do the bridge i have a HUGE dificulty "curving" my spine. It hurts heaps and i really want to make my spine more flexible, also id like to be able to do the splits ^^ please HELP!!!!

@bellsbeauty Try these on your fists. But if it really hurts you may have to avoid the moves :( A lot of yoga and pilates exercises can get tough bc of that. You can still work ur tri's using a dumbell - just lift behind your head while standing up.

@dancer4eva00 These really hurt my wrists when I first started, I have dinky hands and wrists, but they have definitely gotten stronger! Only do as many reps as you can before your wrists really start hurting, then stop. Even if you feel like your arms can do more, it's best to wait until your wrist strength catches up. Be sure to ice your wrists after the workout. You can also wrap them before the workout to give them some more support. I hope this helps, I know it helped me!
@bobobobobob93 Yup, me too, almost as weak as my lateral/side shoulder muscles. I think it's cause we overuse our smaller muscle of the arm - the bicep!!
hey cassey! I remember you saying that you would have to run in order to loose the fat so you can see the results of the toned muscle. How long and much do you recommend to run each day?
i love your videos. well, i'm a boy and i like of my body, but i would like to work my biceps because they are so thin. can you do a video like this, to the biceps? i know it is difficult to work biceps without lift weights :D keep the good work xD

@amylav1 It's a good idea to warm up your wrists before putting pressure on them. Try stretching them out a bit and stuff like that. :)

This workout is killer!
I've tried a handful of your videos and this one is by far the most difficult.
My triceps were sore even after 2 days!
But I just wanted to say I love it, and all the other videos I've tried.
Please keep the videos coming, because there definitely is not a shortage of people doing them.
