Great vid, I've done beer can chicken a few times. Its really a great way to cook. You can also do small cornish hens with pineapple juice cans and seasonings. Comes out pretty good.

I see folks sometimes work with raw meat with their watches and bracelets on, like I see you doing here. What's up with that? Just wondering... But yeah. Can you do this with a turkey, but lay it to the side and stuff? It's be interesting for Thanksgiving.

@mikeblan789 I haven't worn a watch in a long time, but I guess that explains why some have metal bands (won't absorb all that gunk and easier to keep clean). And good watches are supposed to be airtight anyway, so I guess no harm done.
