of cource those boys are weaker than pros. the pros are stronger and faster. remember that only 20% of the academy players get a premier league contract. its worth nothing to watch ronaldo dribbling in a game, i recommend to watch how he trains the dribbles and how he strenghtens his legs and improves his speed and acclereation. unfortunately those physical training sessions are closed to public.

those boys are pretty good, but seeing from the far side, you can see the difference between the pro and them (no offence), just look at their shooting speed, even Neville, an over 30 def can shoot much faster than they do (no offence to Neville, he is the first def comes up in my mind).

if they put Foster in the goal and tell Foster to really try to save it, I doubt that they can't even score, (due to their shooting speed and foster's fast diving)

true, in a penalty, angle matter mores than speed, I still remember the penalty zidane did in his final game for France, it wasn't even fast, but it was one of those "hard to save" goals, the ball flew up and hitted the post, it wasn't fast, but deadly.

honestly bro those who do well usually go to europe right after their rookie year in the MLS, i also play for a uni here and if u want to stand out then you have to develop technical skills, increase fitness levels and also know what to use and when to use..i am going to celtic next year hopefully but u have to show that you have great movement, skills as well as mentality.
