@TheWooti PowerAuras. It shows animations around you when you get procs. You set up what procs you want to be notified on, and it gives you the animation.

@TheWooti as SnareBuff says it's powerauras, the green thing below are his icy finger procs, the red thing spinning around is his free frostfirebolt and last but not least the yellow circly shows the impact proc on fireblast. there are specific patterns on how to configurate the addon, maybe cartoon can give use the strings?
