So when rubbed was introduced, they started using rubber for them because it won't shatter :p

I don't know about America but in England hot water bottles are the most common thing ever! I think pretty much everyone has one :) so nice to keep you warm in the winter and to banish the girly cramps.

Most of these actually aren't healthy snacks. Just because its low calorie or low fat doesn't mean it's healthy. The clusters are probably very processed. The packaged peas.. if its low sodium they've probably put more processed sugar to actually make it taste like something. Why don't you just eat real fresh peas. And you shouldn't eat low fat light yogurt because, when they take the fat and sugar out they replace it with tons of fake sugar. If you want to eat healthy just eat fresh food.

Hot water bottles are amazing for period pains. You fill it with almost boiling water and put it on your lower tummy, it cures the cramps almost immediately! Beats any aspirin or paracetamol unless of course you're on the go (I understand that you can't walk around with a hot water bottle stuffed under your top lol!! )

Aww bless that isnt an old fashioned water bottle, I live in Scotland and I have two haha.

The old fashioned ones were made from metal and maids would come and place it in your bed then remove it before you got in because otherwise it would burn you. (That was like one hundred years ago and the rubber ones are modern lolx )
