Hello! I would like to know from Leah M. how did she make the water fall HAPPY. I'm very curious and I want to learn to use in my mini album for Mother's day.

I really wish that there were places to get some of the wonderful charms, bling, chipboard (grunge board) and the rest of the embellishments around here. I live in the White Mountains of Arizona and we only have a few dollar stores and Walmart. Walmart has started to discontinue their scrapbook area and I'm left with just the stuff I have on hand - or order on line. I wish that you all had tutorials for these wonderful books. Thanks for sharing.
