@littleAZN248 IT'S LOUD. picture what you think loud is... and add like 50 decibels. it's retarded loud. that's the only down fall. but... it's like 1 hour per tank. and starts on one pull, and looks like a 1:1 truck, the weight makes the suspension act super realistic! i say get one only if you have some where BIG to run it, where your neighbours won't call the cops.

For a cheaper alternative I was looking at converting my Flux into a 5sc, but problem is while the size is 1/5th the hardware is only 1/8th.
hey mate, im bout to get one early next year and wanted to know if their is anything i should know or be aware of eg; wheel hubs, wheels, springs and maybe other parts i should also look at getting before bashing the baja 5t around. thanks mate, great looking baja and i like the idea with the "skyline look"
@winnersk8 it flies straight, rolls back on it's wheels more often. it's heavier, so it acts more like a full scale car. i always wanted the t, but when i bought it only the 5b ss kit was available. so that's why i got the b. it's worth it, to make it look cooler! but it's alot heavier, so keep that in mind.
how much was the screwdriver set? just finished my baja a screw broke that was atached to the clutch bell and metal gear(17 teeth) the screw just broke on me :S so i had to drill it out and it finaly worked!! made my electric wire to my home made leds made myselfe a quick releas rolcage and that's about it :D now i am going to buy the jetpro v3 without a silencer because i already got the silencer :D
@viss3n too much. it was an impulse by at the lhs! people are saying don't get them! so i'd search and find out which brand is better. everyone brakes their pinion bolt! i would recommend the turtle racing enclosed clutch system. it has a baring that is 2x the size of the stock one, and the clutch bell is tapped for a larger bolt, aswell as teh pinion is way beefier! it's like 200 bones, but worth every penny!
ahhhhh no those integy hand drivers didnt last me long i broke 2 in the first 3 weeks.. IMO there garbage. get the skunk works dedicated driver set. and nice job on the truck
@kpopRC Ok and you dont have to buy the skunk works drivers but you can put it in the drill and not have to worrie about them breaking and im pretty sure they have warrantys on the skunk works drivers too. Another thing is, if those lights dont work out to well buy killer rc/ ramtech lights and get a splitter cable to go to your third channel and those lights you could fit in the flash light reflective thingy. Like i said you dont have to do what i said just trying to help out.

I have constantly been thinking about getting a 5b are they worth it? I typically run electric so I'm a little concerned about how loud a 5b can get.
