@tylerme39 if u want to play with hlaf sound half ipod, just unplug one of the yellow, or red cables and plug one of the other ones in, if u want to just listen to ur music while playing, unplug both red and yellos cables and plug the other ones in:D

@thebigboss2001 sorry, but yes you can, your device WILL have to be jailbroken and you can download an app from Cydia called TVOut, it will allow everything to be displayed (anything) in your TV screen or your Car DVD indash. I've just installed mine in my car today :]

why do you said at your cons: USB cable is for charging only so no syncing with iTunes is possible. so what? you got a USB cable to do that with your device! so why would you need one?

When it worked for me the picture was way better than expected.. Kinda like a really good quality VHS

Loveislife704 did you try connecting the component connecter to a scart adapter? I'm having the same problem but I hav no scart adapter to connect it. You can buy Scart Adapters cheaply from your local high street I probably try that but let me know if it works.

Hello, i just bought iphone av component cable but when i attach my iphone with cable and play application the screen gets disappear on iphone. The screen of the iphone gets complete black but i can see screen on tv. The thing is, then i can't do anything on iphone because i can't touch it.

If you have a universal dock then it's probably better to get an s-video cable that goes to whatever connection your TV (or any external screen) has. I believe the dock has an output port for s-video but if I am wrong then hopefully using this product will with it.
