It does that beacuse it can load the textures and the autogen for the buildings and roads its alot better then the game just lagging or even not responding. :D

The uncompressed version is fine, like I said the compression between the uncompressed version, my compressed version, then youtubes compression completely murders the video.

1. you can easily distinguish good graphics from compression quality through textures reflection and car models.
