I am man on the land in the UK that has not submitted any documentation to the necessary authorities about my re-claiming of rights, and as such, the statutes still apply to me. But, I was on a night out, and very drunk, and was abusive to the Metropolitan Police of London, and I am NOT proud of that. As you can see i had alot on the line here. In court i did not sign the advice of rights form (as it takes away your rights). The court deputy and the defense attorney tried several (5) times to get me to do so. I told the attorney i dont want his representation, but he could represent the DEBTOR if he wished an he didn't respond.

I've known some people through business associates - who IN GOOD FAITH, did some "volunteer" work for the so called "Sovereign Squamish" and lost their home. TO ANYONE READING THIS AND CONSIDERING THIS: Be VERY VERY CAREFUL of those who claim sovereignty and freedom, yet live in a trailer park and drive a beat up Chevy.
There are MANY stories of people losing their homes and livelihood, because they trusted Irene and her cohorts.

i googled and got i think you need to go back and do some studying. If you make mistakes while asserting your rights and if you fail to use every available tool and remedy then you will get eaten alive. If other failed .
