Eso no es todo. Una vez probando los antivirus hice lo siguiente:

Con el antivirus desactivado le cambie la extension a un virus por otra (no recuerdo si era una extension engañosa tipo jpg o ppt por ejemplo ó una inventada tipo .asd), luego comprimo dicho virus (creo que con winrar) y activo el antivirus. El Norton ni con la heurística en alta en aquellos tiempos no pudo detectarlo, pero el kasper si. Inigualable esta aplicación.

Go to computer, then program files, then kaspersky lab, then kaspersky antivirus, then skin, then sounds. Finally you will reach to the fucking sound called infected_p, I think you can replace it. But I am not sure.

I don't think so. KAV has great technique to detect unknown/undetected trojans and worms, so if any system file change or any files are created in the system core, even rootkits, matter of time (seconds) to be detected.
