if anyone got troubles with finding Hanabi you need to make sure that after you have given her the pricey perfume there must be nobody at the dumpling `station` or else hanabi won`t show! had to figure that out the hard way!

I'm not sure about asuma,but you can unlock many other characters by completing hero's history mode.
