@JackieFan123 he's better, but the wood is wrong for that song the pickups are wrong for that song not enough distortion and so on. it doesn't have that hard rock sound like compare a fender with no distortion to a jackson kelly with SD pickups and boss distortion with VOX amp.

It's called using "pinch harmonics." Basically, when you pick the note, you touch the note with the tip of your finger (I use thumb) at the same time. This is probably a bad description, so you perhaps you would be best to look it up ; )

its not actually a bend its a pinch harmonic with vibrato. its not a hard technique once you get the hang of it. im sure there would be another video on here explaining how to do it.

when you play harmonics you can use you tremolo bar to add some effects like the "screams"

not true. say you have a les paul compared to an ibanez. it would be easier to shred on an ibanez because of a very simple reason: string spacing. it makes a HUGE difference.

believe me, ive tried. doing it alone is VERY hard. if he can make himself a good song by himself, i would be REALLY impressed.

Sorry man, but I have to disagree. If everybody in your band sucks, it'll be just as difficult writing music as it would be writing by yourself. In fact it'd be worse, 'cause everybody would be disorganized. You have to learn to not just listen, but hear music, if that makes sense, and you gotta get in touch with your creative side, as opposed to, 'I'm going to play random things until I hear something I like'.
