LOL love Alexis. How the hell is she in Krystle house asking insulting Krystle and asking her all these questions??? Krystle is a loser and Alexis will always be the supreme diva. I did lyk how the writers gave Krystle a backbone as the years progressed tho
There was a little do-it-yourself domesticity in the early episodes. You can't imagine a scene in a kitchen in later episodes, least of all one in which Alexis gets something from the fridge, even if it is caviar!
@pnyc1969 Well, that was before Alexis inherited Cecil and became the richest woman in the States :-) After that she had Lin, the servant do anything for her.... :-))
@nadavno Yes, it is logical in terms of story and character development. It's just a very noticeable visual difference. Alexis's clothes in the early episodes are much more casual (If Alexis can ever be called casual!), her hair is usually very loose and she's concerned with more everyday situations (ordering wine, having enough glasses, e.g.). Once she got Colbyco her persona became very controlled, repetitive and predictable. There's something fun and mysterious about S2 Alexis.
It would have been hilarious if Alexis told Krystle as she turned to leave: "Krystle... don't forget your milk".
Anyway, this scene proves my point that the fight in the art studio meant nothing to Alexis. Alexis was still bold and tough toward Krystle. That's why the lilypond fight didn't teach her a lesson, either. Alexis brilliantly knew, to destroy Krystle, she had to go inside her head.
@KingofPepsi Well, this time she was too full of her self and went too far. That scene was what made Krystle whistle the blow on her shooting that day and framing Tony. And we all know what happened afterwards...
I never saw the first seasons but I always wondered wether Blake divorced from Alexis to be with Krystle or cheated on Alexis with her during their marriage.
Of course, Alexis' main purpose is to make Blake's life miserable,. Infedelity with Krystle would give Alexis even more reason to hate Krystle the way she did.
I love the way Alexis can insinuate things so easily going from being aggressive to false innocence within a split second : "what you need is a few more of those psychiatric sessions with Dr. Toscani...that is what they were isn't it?"
can you believe krystle's hairdo?

Joan was at her most beautiful early on in the show, plus her REAL hair ans simpler make up. LOL Later she had a lot of clout so the wigs won out.

Blake and Alexis divorced long before Krystle was ever in the picture. Alexis cheated on Blake during their marriage-- that is why he divorced her.
