@Ironmonkey103 Right on! Those bastards wanted me to PAY for telling me how to eliminate the stupid message that keeps coming up that I have sucessfully changed the ink. I can't get rid of this message. It comes up 3 times that i changed the multi ink, the black and the color. It is sooooo annoying.

haha i just spent upwards of an hour trying to figure out what was wrong, then after figuring out from this that i had forgotten to snap the cartridge back up, it was fixed in seconds. thanks so much!
