Please clarify, is this Molasse as in Black Strap Molasses that is used for backing ETC? So you mix is with a conditioner then sit under heat for 15 minutes. Whats the coconut oil treatment under for please. I really want to try this out, but i need a simple regimen. Also if i dont use heat, how long would you recommend i keep it on for? Thank you! I so love you videos!!

You know, I always add Molasses with banana, oils, and olive oil as a deep conditioner and it worked well. I never knew I can mix molasses with moisturizing conditioner. I will use whatever conditioner I have to mix in with.

Let me know how you like it. Molasses, honey, ripe, ripe banana or banana baby food or your favorite conditioner, coconut oil and or olive oil. It should be super moist. *smile*

but you can try it

wrap a warm towel around your head an leave on for about 25 min.

Also, you can use a hand dryer if you have one. It is a little more work but it is an option.
