I've read The book of Death, and it was so badly written, this is trully good.
I will recomend this to everyone i know ( but i will continue to search for something better ) something simpler, more coherent , as there is no perfection
I got it at last. Emptiness and awareness cannot be separated. The awareness of the mind is just there and can't be destroyed or lost--it is in union with the space or emptiness. I'm slow but i do eventually get there!
I had the realisation that mind=emptiness but the infinity of it all and lack of meaning and grounding was making me very lost and in turn quite depressed.
However, this clear light, this Full awareness of emptiness has the potenial to free me from my lack of hope, so i thank you dearly :-)
I really liked how you describes all our emotions and thoughts
both negative and positive as simply visions. I thought of visualizations in guided meditations and yes, nothing is outside, everything is inside mind and what is mind...
This helped to solidify and clarify what was previously known into a deeper undersatnding. Thank you very much!
Thankyou very much Geshe-La, I will let all those I know who will be interested in these teachings to listen. Maybe I will see you in Nellys Ford soon, please continue to benefit those who have the ears to listen, and I assure they are out here. Homage, AH, UV, Buddha Shenrab, UV.
What is the name of the beginning track? Is it Ngawang Khechog?
I'd like this track since it reminds me of this teaching and it is very beautiful.

"TO BE FULLY ALIVE IN THE NOTHINGNESS....." thank you Rinpoche. That phrase itself brought clarity to my meditations....it seems so simple now.
