AMEN!!! Marlene Jones, I am in tears right now!!! My family has been HOUNDED in THREE STATES by the CPS, and now that we are in Kansas things only got WORSE. My 16 month old has a verified seizure disorder and he was removed from home following a seizure because SRS decided it was our 4 year old that "injured" him. We didn't even KNOW about the "injury" because the Drs. and Socialist workers kept the CT scan info from us! It was only AFTER the SRS and police took our baby that the nurses came in

In Court, the DA, the Judge, and the GAL TORE US UP in front of everyone there for being horrible parents for providing "improper supervision" of our boys! I was at work at the time, and my wife had already put our boys to bed in their separate rooms when this had taken place and was preparing for bed herself. The Socialist worker and the Police showed up at my door while my 4 year old was at early headstart and my wife was in the hospital with our baby and they grilled me for 2 hours to figure out what happened and how I planned to keep it from happening in the future. Then, when we finally DID get our baby back, he CONTINUED to have seizures over the next several months, but the courts wouldn't dismiss the case even though SRS

@redfonzie21 ...had come back and said that we were "unfounded" - I don't use the word "hate" very often at all, but in the sense of SRS and these so-called "Family Preservation" organizations (Youthville, Saint Francis, etc.) I have as much hate for these Socialist Whackjob Organizations as the Westboro Baptist Cult has for anyone that looks cross-eyed at them and doesn't bow to their bigoted, narcissistic rantings and babbling. The WBC should do a protest at the SRS State Headquarters!

@redfonzie21 You need to tell everyone that your county attorney and the State has kept your children from you even though the State has unsubstantiated you. What county are you in? Depending on the area you live, there is an ombudsman you can contact to get this looked into.

Is there any recourse at all for these grossly mistreated people? Perhaps a Class-action lawsuit??? This is detestible criminal behavior on the part of the D.A.(s), Social Services, and the Courts and many others and IT MUST BE STOPPED!
