  • Keynesian economics doesn't work.

  • Is this the same guy that said GM, Banks, and Real estate would never collapse? lol

  • i made a mistake everybody. i meant to say 180 degrees. sorry for the major fouling of my degrees . im not an idiot for the record , i just made a mistake .

  • Dave Ramsey is a very smart man. I took his FPU class and his class has opened my eyes and has turned my life 360 degrees in a good way.

  • @travstein I think you mean 180 degrees. 360 degrees means you are headed in the same direction before your FPU class.

  • Dave Ramsey should run for president or I want someone who has went through his FPU classes to run for president. We need a president that understands that credit cards are dumb, having a car payment is dumb, student loans are dumb, not having a written monthly household budget is dumb, not saving is dumb, cash is king. If a president were to understand these things, I believe it would lead to a better economy.

  • Dave Ramsey is great. His analysis on consumer debt and saving are very good. The trouble is that the U.S dollar is loosing value and is backed by nothing. Why would you save something that is loosing value? You should save in gold or silver.

  • I just paid off my 2nd to last credit card today! One more!!!

  • first the experts are mad cuz we spend too much now there upset people are saving money

  • I think that everyone should spend! Me? I'll be saving. That way when the economy plummets further, I have money in the bank!

  • spend? are we fools? duh, save!

  • So does anyone want to give a thumbs up that democrats and deficit republicans are econmically insane?

  • Cavuto WTF are you wearing.

  • @bajoverga

I am trying to work out that color scheme as well. That vest does not go with anything else he is wearing.

  • I would say spend. We are facing a currency crisis in the future if the government and the federal reserve continue the current policy of inflation. Saving is the way to go normally, but you should save a little and put your money in gold, silver, and buy weapons and ammo in case of a currency crisis.

  • hey dave this is Tbaarr google me sometime.I say your theories on credit cards are dead wrong and I have examples to prove it

  • This "don't spend" logic is great up until they raise all your other non-avoidable taxes to make up for the sales tax money they're losing. Things like food, gasoline, energy, personal property taxes, etc would all go through the roof if everyone saved half their paycheck every month. Fact is, the government is going to get theirs one way or another. Somebody has to blow their money so the rest of us can save it!

  • @metlfan2003 If you honestly believe that, then you need to google "How an economy grows and why it doesn't" to realize that it's CAPITAL that leads to creating jobs and will ultimately and (unfortunately) provide more tax revenue to the government.

  • Save it, spend it wisely, and give it away, just not all of it, but the calculations are immensely difficult, lol

  • Umm, Dave is so handsome! Sorry..... kinda off topic

  • So if I get bald and grow a white beard I'm hansom to?:D LOL just kidding. I'm not an authority anyways lol

  • of course the goverment wants you too spend that get taxes on every dollar.

  • Dave Ramsey's information makes sense if the government is not retarded and ramping up to crazy inflation....so sad that we have lost our way...RON PAUL 2012...

  • Preach it Dave! Cavuto rocks.

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • @thinkrevolution I never thought I'd say this but I too will support an independent! Ron Paul in 2012! After listening to conservative talk radio for a while now, I feel embarrassed for having supported democrats. I think Jesse Ventura and Donald Trump will also run, I hope one of them win.

  • It's only downhill from here with the corrupt gov't we have. The lobbyists are the constituents.

  • Cavuto owns Ramsey....everytime.

  • We banked our stim check. Never know when it might rain. Or need to buy a loaf of bread.

  • it is a smart man who understands a penny saved is a penny earned.
