The first Raw game came out in 2002 for PC and Xbox. Smackdown 2 came out in 2000 for PS1. Graphics do not make the game, GAMEPLAY does. STFU

Why are today's gamers so obsessed with graphics? When i was growing up games like smackdown 2, WWF No Mercy, were played for the gameplay. The SVR games suck balls compared to these old ones making them realistic and to have stunning graphics. Abit of eye candy is nice ofc but id rather game developers would concentrate on gameplay 1st before graphics. I play emulators more then my 360.

I recommend you try Here Comes The Pain! The last good wrestling game and probably best.

I played Wrestlemania 2000 and WCW/nWo Revenge when I was young and I think in some ways those games have better gameplay than the new THQ wrestling games.

HCTP has the best season mode in a Smackdown game for me as well.

you get actual barbed wire matches in the old ECW games. Pretty crap though, they only recognised the barbed wire if you irish wipped someone into them. And it did so much damage you could win the match easier than a normal fight.
