I'd like the idea we fire the Govenour and the legislators, since they're the ones causing most, if not all, of the problems in California. If revenues are down, then spending has to match. Raising taxes and fees is not an option anymore. California has one of the highest tax rates in the nation. Not to mention all the fees to do anything.

Rewrite the property tax laws to apply only to home owners and not corporate property. Up the amount of tax the large corp pay in Calif by 1%.  Hire more people to investigate disability claims. State workers can claim more than one retirement if they have worked in more than one state job. Rewrite that law. Cut back on salary compensation for welfare transition to the work force.

Keeping the part of Prop 13 for individual home owners the same as it is today but rewrite the part that was written in for corporate buildings.
