My nv3 shuts off alot idk why its onmly 1year old turns off bout 2times a week or more

@chazannarino You can go to Verizon and they can give you a free software update. I did that and it honestly did nothing.. The glitches and random turn offs still happens and now my phone is saying "charger not connect." O.M.G the list of problems goes on and on. I honestly cant wait to upgrade to the iphone4s: dont recommend the env3 to anyone.

yeah mine does that too, but you can hit send while ur in the contact thing just saying doesnt take a genious. just hit the button above the arrows next to the power button that says end :P

That's because you're supposed to add the contact first.. i know it ticks me off too, that's why i have mine set to start a new note instead of a new message, but it always deletes all my notes! ugh i've noticed a lot of glitches with the ENV3

haha my parents didnt want me to have a painballgun one xmas so they got me an airsoft pistol, earlier this year i went on ebay and bought one of the "lots" 4 bad ones, 1 regular pump shotgun, and a sniper pump, i usually use the sniper tho cuz it has a lazer sight

on the battery, near the hatch push down, if that turns it off theres ur problem, mine did that twice but no mine never randomly shut off, to fix the battery take it out and blow out the dust, worked for me twice

lol if it happens again try taking out the battery and dusting off the brass pieces, that make contact with the phone, worked for me twice

same happend to me i think what triggers it is pushing on the battery near the release hatch, if so to fix it take out the battery and blow out all the dust, it worked for me. twice
