@TruthSeeker671 try NOT thinking. How long can that go on? Thinking will happen when it is needed. it will also happen when not needed. Anything beyond solving simple equations of how to get to the store or how to feed your children, thought is empty and a reflection of your need to cling to the past. Perhaps you are beyond this. I am merely pointing at a common condition of using thought as Identity / ego. THOUGHT is its own persona - through fear, it uses YOU to keep it alive.
